LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS You will be responsible for: Establish collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders Working closely with clients to define and optimize their roadmap Gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Support the design and optimization of card payment products, processes, and customer journeys. Shaping and executing complex digital transformations Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological solutions. SHOW US WHAT YOU’VE GOT Experience & Knowledge Minimum 5 years of professional experience . Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Product Manager, Product Expert, or a similar role . Experience acting as the link between business and IT stakeholders. Strong knowledge of card payment products and/or payment processes . Good understanding of the Belgian card payments market , digital wallets, and related products (e.g. Edenred and similar solutions). Experience with digitalization and transformation projects . Experience in process modelling and business process analysis . Experience working in an Agile environment . Languages English is mandatory. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Soft Skills Customer-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Result-driven and proactive attitude. Structured and organized way of working.
