Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in gathering business requirements and working closely with product, engineering, and QA teams. The ideal candidate should be skilled in writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile software development

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirement
• Write user stories and acceptance criteri
• Create functional documentation and process flow
• Work with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholder
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and release activitie
• Maintain requirement traceability and manage change request

Required Skills

• 6+ years of Business Analyst experien
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentati
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologi
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criter
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skil
• Ability to work with distributed engineering tea

Good to Have

Experience with product modernization or digital transformation.

Exposure to APIs, workflows, or data integration.

Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.

Basic knowledge of testing and UAT.
