Job Description Business Analyst (ERP) – Remote for Phoenix-Local Candidates – Up to $50/hr W2 – State Agency – 4-Month Contract SunSoft Online is hiring a Business Analyst for a state agency's Enterprise Resource Planning division. Remote work arrangement, but Phoenix-metro residents only : candidates must currently live in the Phoenix area, all work must be performed in Arizona, and an in-person interview in Phoenix is required. The work: preparing and delivering well-organized presentations and project status reviews to process owners, customers, and stakeholders; coordinating and overseeing the work of multiple Business Analysts on large, complex projects; evaluating information from multiple sources and consolidating it into functional requirements; translating user requirements into business, functional, and test scenarios; and developing and writing technical documentation. Required: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst · strong customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills · demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and work collaboratively across teams. Preferred: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
