Business Analyst (HR Servicing Projects)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for clients' project implementation on HR systems and payroll systems across APAC countries.
• As the main contact point for clients, proactively collaborate with clients to understand user requirements.
• Work closely with developers and QA on system configuration, testing, and validation activities to ensure successful implementation and delivery of system solutions.
• Prepare and maintain clear project documentation, including plans, requirements, and progress updates, to ensure transparency and alignment among all stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, project progress updates, technical deployment and UAT.
• Provide clients and user training, post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
• Gather client feedback to drive continuous improvement in products and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Min 2 years experience as business analyst. Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and client-facing project is highly preferred
• Sound knowledge of HR systems such as payroll module, eLeave, time & attendance, etc.
• Experience with ETL processes, databases, and API integration is preferred
• Proficiency in verbal and written English
