As an Operations Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within our telecom network. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in network performance, customer experience, and business operations. What you will do to contribute to the company's success Reports into the Director of Operations Intelligence, supports our efforts in leveraging data and analytics to drive operational excellence and inform business decisions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytical strategies, overseeing data collection and analysis, and providing actionable insights to optimize operational performance. Works individually and collaboratively with other OI and BI team members to support operational decision-making and drive business growth. Builds, maintains, and communicates detailed reporting models, scorecards, Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and related tools to assist operations leadership in evaluating operational performance. Prepares and presents presentations to team and Company leadership on results using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or other visualization tools. Provides strategic assistance to the OI Director and/or the operations team by making recommendations in the areas of operational efficiency and effectiveness. Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics preferred. 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to acquire and maintain BI continuing education credentials according to the BI training curriculum. Knowledge of BI best practices. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Advanced Excel/data management skills strongly preferred.
