The role focuses on analyzing business needs, modeling processes, and contributing to the optimization of operational workflows in close collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams. In the coming years, the focus remains on process optimization, simplification, and continuous improvement of existing workflows Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Model business processes using BPMN Support business process optimization and re-engineering initiatives Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams Translate business needs into functional specifications Contribute to Lean and continuous improvement initiatives Work closely with stakeholders and technical teams Required Skills & Experience Confirmed experience as a Business Analyst (recent experience required – this year) Strong knowledge of: Business Process Management BPMN modeling Business Process Re-engineering Basic knowledge of: Agile methodologies (junior level acceptable) Scrum practices Lean principles Experience in structured IT / enterprise environments Languages English: Active (required) Dutch: Passive understanding French: Passive understanding Working Setup Hybrid working model On-site presence in Brussels required Agile team environment with close stakeholder collaboration
