Main Responsibilities

Support collection and analysis of research use cases and stakeholder inputs.
Consolidate survey responses, interview findings, and workshop outputs.
Conduct desktop research and data gathering.
Support evaluation of platform capabilities against business requirements.
Coordinate project plans, meetings, actions, risks, and dependencies.
Support delivery tracking and workstream coordination.
Maintain documentation and project governance materials.
Prepare presentations, workshop materials, executive summaries, and reports.
Organize workshops and meetings.

Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, PMO, business analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
Experience within life sciences or healthcare.
Experience in business analysis and requirements gathering.
Project and programme coordination experience.
Executive presentation development and documentation skills.
Workshop and stakeholder support expertise.
Data analysis and synthesis capability.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

Exposure to research data, laboratory operations, or scientific processes.
Portfolio governance or PMO support skills.
Change management and communication support experience.
Familiarity with data and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Start: ASAP

End: December 2026

Location: Greater Copenhagen Area

Onsite/remote: min 3 days onsite per week
