Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis, market or policy research, operations management, or related fields. Proven record of producing written deliverables such as business cases, research reports, requirements documents, or process documentation. Advanced proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, SQL, or similar) and strong data interpretation skills. Demonstrated ability to synthesize, structure, and communicate complex information with clarity and precision. Excellent written English, including professional and analytical writing for diverse audiences. Background with leading universities, highly regarded organizations, or significant project accomplishments. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and stakeholder communication best practices.
