Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and operationally proficient Business Analyst (BA) / Senior Business Analyst (SBA) to join our Card Operations team at Reap. This unique hybrid role bridges hands-on card operations expertise with strategic business analysis, driving complex cross-functional projects while maintaining operational proficiency across Card Design, Logistics, and BIN Management. Leveling guidance: Business Analyst (BA): 2–3 years of relevant experience Senior Business Analyst (SBA): 4+ years of relevant experience The ideal candidate will lead special projects requiring requirements synthesis across multiple stakeholders, translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, and provide analytical rigor to operational challenges. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Compliance teams, and external partners like card schemes and card manufacturers to drive initiatives from conception through implementation. This role will be based in either Hong Kong or Singapore working during HKT hours with occasional flexibility (approximately 20% of the working week) for CST collaboration to facilitate global coordination.
