We are currently searching for a Business Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document detailed requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs. Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with technical teams to design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems. Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation to guide project implementation. Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards. Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts to ensure a shared understanding of project objectives and progress. Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations. Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution. Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality. Your Profile (Requirements) Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 5 to 8 years of industry experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within Talent systems. Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration. Solid understanding of Talent processes and system functionalities, particularly within the context of SAP SuccessFactors. Proficiency in data integration methodologies, including data mapping, ETL processes, and API integrations. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements. Strong documentation skills, including the creation of requirement documents, process flows, and test plans. Proficiency in project management software tools and business analysis techniques. High-Performance Mindset: Positive attitude, adaptability, resilience, emotional intelligence, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role while working virtually with global teams. Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering," with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate, and detail-oriented results. Desired Additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors. Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
