Elicits, analyzes, documents, and manages business requirements, translating stakeholder and customer needs into effective products, services, and system enhancements. Collaborates with stakeholders, project teams, and technical partners to define requirements, propose efficient solutions, and support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications. Contributes to successful project delivery by ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed through practical and value-driven technical solutions. Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions. Understanding business processes, systems, and project lifecycles. Experience working with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies. Requirements analysis and process mapping. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to facilitate workshops and manage priorities. Understanding system implementation, testing, and change management. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Visio. Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Knowledge of data analysis Experience in digital transformation or process improvement projects.
