Pharmathen offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a Business Applications Manager to join our Business Applications & Systems Validation team at our Marousi premises . The Business Applications Manager is responsible for managing operational support activities, application-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives for enterprise business applications across Pharmathen sites. Leads the Business Applications team and coordinates operational activities related to Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratory and other business applications, ensuring stable and compliant business operations within a regulated GMP environment. Acts as the link between IT and business/support units for operational support, enhancements, integrations and new initiatives, while overseeing the lifecycle of business applications from planning and implementation through operation, maintenance and continuous improvement. More particularly: What you’ll do: Manage and supervise the Business Applications team and related daily operational activities Assign, prioritize and monitor operational support activities, changes and enhancement requests within the team Monitor operational workload, support delivery effectiveness and ticket backlog Provide coaching, mentoring and functional guidance to Business Applications team members Coordinate operational priorities with business stakeholders, IT teams and external vendors Act as escalation point for critical business application issues and support activities Oversee daily operational support activities for enterprise business applications including eQMS, LIMS, MES/OEE, Serialization platforms, CMMS, LabX, DocuSign and other business applications Oversee operational monitoring and stability of application interfaces and related integration processes Support continuous improvement initiatives across business applications and related business processes Support business users regarding application-related operational processes and continuous improvement activities Oversee business application projects, system implementations, enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives according to business requirements and company procedures Review and approve application change requests and operational project deliverables Ensure application operational, support and change management activities are executed according to company procedures and applicable CSV requirements Review of GMP-related application documentation and validation deliverables where applicable Support internal and external audits related to computerized systems and application compliance activities Oversee operational activities related to business application integrations and vendor-supported platforms, ensuring operational continuity and coordination with external vendors, integration partners and business stakeholders Minimum Qualifications: University degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Mathematics, Engineering, or relevant field Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business applications support, operations and project implementation activities Minimum 2 years of experience in team coordination or people management roles Experience working within regulated / GMP environments and Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) processes Experience coordinating external vendors, application support partners and cross-functional operational activities Job-Specific Skills: Experience supporting enterprise business applications related to Serialization, Quality, Manufacturing, Laboratory, or other business processes Experience with system integrations Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills Very good communication and organizational skills Very good command of English language Benefits: What you will gain: Involvement in a high-caliber, team-oriented and dynamic atmosphere Exposure to challenging business issues and practices Great opportunity to leverage and develop your business/ scientific knowledge and skills Join our team and experience the unique Pharmathen’s culture that gives you the opportunity to innovate, to make decisions, to achieve your own potential and to chart your own career.
