As a Business Card and Merchant Specialist you will: Manage customer cases and enquires via phone, email, and Service Now Dashboard. Support customers by conducting product analysis and recommending product and services tailored to customers’ needs. Manage risk, compliance, documentation and fraud investigations. Assess applications, complete contracts, and check compliance (including PCI and credit checks). Manage Business Credit card enquires and create business credit card facilities. Handle maintenance request for both Business Cards, Merchants and Direct Debit Services. Deliver daily updates to stakeholders, customers, and internal teams on status, approvals, and request timelines. Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement projects. Ko tātou tēnei. Strong numeric capability and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to investigate and identify discrepancies, assess risks, and make sound decisions. Good communication skills and ability self-manage your workload.
