Role Description (100% fully remote)

The Business Co-Founder will drive the commercial and strategic growth of a new venture in partnership with MisfitLabs. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping the go-to-market strategy, validating the business model, and leading customer discovery within your target market. This role will own sales development entirely, from prospecting and initial outreach to closing early customers and building scalable revenue processes. The Business Co-Founder will collaborate closely with our engineering team to align product features with market needs, define pricing, and refine messaging. Additional responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, building strategic partnerships, managing investor relations, and steering the long-term vision of the venture.

Qualifications

• A clear, actionable business concept and a deep understanding of your target industry or market.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, customer metrics, and financial projections to make data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills for pitching to customers and investors, negotiating partnerships, and aligning closely with our technical team.
• Proven sales skills, including pipeline building, consultative selling, and closing deals.
• Marketing skills to design and execute go-to-market strategies, positioning, and demand-generation campaigns.
• A strong focus on execution, market growth, and distribution over theoretical planning.
