Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Consultant at Monitor ERP. The Business Consultant supports manufacturing clients in implementing and optimizing the MONITOR ERP System, analyzing their processes, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, configuring ERP modules, leading workshops and training sessions, and providing ongoing consulting and support. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, preparing documentation and reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting methodologies. Travel to customer sites may be required depending on project needs.
