Job Title: Business Continuity Manager — Remote | Greece

Location: Greece (Remote with periodic travel to Cyprus and Poland)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to take ownership of the Group's enterprise-wide BCMS — a Group-level, high-visibility appointment reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer and acting as Secretary to the Group Compliance Committee.

This is not a back-office function. You will be the architect of how this organisation prepares for, responds to, and recovers from disruption — embedding a unified BCM framework across multiple European entities, coordinating with local BC managers, and reporting directly to senior leadership and the Board.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and implementing a Group-wide BCMS aligned with ISO 22301
• Conducting Business Impact Analyses across all critical business functions — manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, regulatory, and corporate operations
• Defining Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs), Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs), and Maximum Tolerable Periods of Disruption (MTPDs)
• Developing crisis management playbooks, escalation protocols, and emergency response frameworks
• Planning, coordinating, and evaluating BC testing programmes — tabletop exercises, simulations, and real-life drills
• Acting as Secretary to the Group Compliance Committee — maintaining the risk register, developing KPI dashboards, and providing regular updates to senior leadership
• Monitoring emerging risks (cyber, geopolitical, regulatory, environmental) and translating these into continuity priorities
• Building a culture of resilience across the Group through training, awareness, and stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For

• Solid, hands-on experience in Business Continuity Management — you have personally built, owned, and tested BCM frameworks, not just advised on them
• Demonstrated experience conducting BIAs, defining RTOs/RPOs, and running crisis simulations
• ISO 22301 certification or demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining the standard
• Experience reporting to senior leadership or Board-level governance bodies on BCM posture and risk
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple business entities without direct authority over local teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills — you can influence, not just instruct
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or similar) preferred
• Fluent English required; Greek an advantage
