We’re looking for a Business Controller with strong controlling experience, a proactive mindset, and a sharp eye for detail to help us drive accurate reporting and continuous improvements. Your day to day will include: Coordinating the monthly closing across all offices and ensuring accurate, timely reporting Owning Supercharge’s closing process, including cost accruals and revenue recognition Driving the budgeting and forecasting process from planning through execution Partnering with external accountants to ensure smooth financial operations Preparing insightful monthly management reports that support business decisions Supporting group audit activities and ensuring a seamless audit process Managing ad hoc financial reporting and proactively driving solutions for day-to-day financial and accounting matters What makes you thrive here: University degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Accounting is a plus) 5+ years of professional experience in controlling, accounting, and/or audit Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and controlling Advanced Google Sheets (MS Excel) skills Confident communication skills in English Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Sales, and juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Structured, precise, and independent way of working with great attention to detail Proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement High personal standards for data quality, accuracy, and well-structured documentation Why join Supercharge?
