About the Role As Business Controller at CLER, you will be the financial co-pilot of our growth journey. You will provide sharp analysis, actionable insights, and reliable forecasts to support strategic decisions and operational excellence across the company. What you will be doing Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Deliver monthly and quarterly reports with analysis of key variances and performance drivers. Partner with management and department leads to support strategic and operational decision-making. Develop dashboards and KPIs that give real-time visibility into business performance. Build and improve financial models to evaluate projects, investments, and new markets. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in collaboration with Finance. Proactively identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions. Whom are we looking for 5+ years of experience in business controlling, financial planning & analysis, or related roles. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into insights. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI/reporting tools (Bi tools). Experience in start-ups, scale-ups, or international businesses is a plus. Excellent communication skills, able to influence stakeholders across functions.
