We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Business Coordinator & Bookkeeper to join our team. This role combines bookkeeping, accounts receivable and payable functions, administrative support, and operational coordination to help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the organization. Essential Functions: The Business Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial and operational activities of BFUSA, including invoicing, collections, accounts payable and receivable, expense processing, reporting, and record management. The role also oversees Business Associate Agreement administration, maintains critical business documentation, and provides cross-functional support to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service to healthcare facility partners. Education/Experience Requirements: The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience), along with three to five years of bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, or related business operations experience. Candidates should be comfortable using accounting software such as QuickBooks Online, possess strong Microsoft Office skills-particularly Excel-and be able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a remote work environment.
