Role Overview This opportunity is designed for experienced Business Developers. The company values professionals who have built long-term trusted relationships with business owners, investors, family offices, and other high-value clients, and who can leverage those relationships to introduce international banking and cross-border payment solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage corporate relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, and business owners Leverage an existing network and client portfolio to identify and attract new business opportunities Understand clients' financial needs and present suitable solutions across cross-border payments, FX, banking, treasury, and related financial services Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring a high level of service Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce additional products and services Collaborate with internal teams to structure solutions tailored to client requirements Represent the company at industry events, networking activities, and client meetings Contribute to the growth of the business by bringing new relationships, partnerships, and market opportunities Demonstrate leadership potential and contribute to the future development of the commercial function Requirements Previous or current experience as a Business developer, Private Banker, Relationship Manager, Corporate Banker, or similar client-facing financial services role Proven experience managing relationships with HNWIs, entrepreneurs, investors, family offices, or business owners Existing portfolio of clients and strong professional network Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, banking, treasury services, wealth management, and investment structures Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships Commercial mindset with experience identifying and developing new business opportunities.
