Based at our headquarters in Aix-en-Provence or already living in Mallorca , you'll source and negotiate exclusive deals with hotels across the islands, delivering exceptional travel experiences to our members while driving strong business results. You'll be the key point of contact for our Balearic hoteliers - their main relationship with Voyage Privé runs through you. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Own and grow your Mallorca hotel portfolio : boutique properties, beach resorts, luxury brands across Mallorca and the wider archipelago • Source and negotiate exclusive campaigns with hotel partners to hit revenue targets • Be the face of Voyage Privé : pitch, onboard and build lasting relationships with new hotel partners • Work closely with our internal teams (Marketing, Content, Revenue) to maximize campaign performance • Monitor market trends and competitors in the Balearic hospitality landscape to stay ahead of the curve • Travel regularly to the islands to meet partners on the ground 💡 Who You Are • Native or fluent Spanish speaker , essential to manage relationships with local hotel partners (Catalan/Mallorquí a plus) • 3 to 5+ years of experience in hotel contracting, tour operating, hospitality procurement, DMC, OTA… • Strong negotiation skills and ease in dealing with suppliers • Market knowledge and existing contacts with key players in the Balearic hospitality industry • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment • Data-driven , structured, and focused on continuous improvement ⚡ Our Recruitment Process 1.
