Where You’ll Make a Difference Drive profitable growth for the Probiotics and Biosciences portfolio across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and prospective customers in the dietary supplements and pharmaceutical industries. Develop and manage a robust, evergreen project pipeline , ensuring continuous opportunity creation and progression. Define and execute account-specific growth and defense strategies , supported by detailed account plans. Identify customer strategies, unmet needs, and market trends to unlock new business opportunities . Lead commercial negotiations , including pricing, contracts, and go-to-market strategies with direct customers and distributors. Act as the primary link between customers and IFF’s internal teams (Applications, Regulatory, QA, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing). Maintain accurate sales forecasts , manage risks, and communicate insights through Salesforce and regional forums. Resolve customer issues, including complaints and payment disputes, ensuring high service levels throughout the sales cycle. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences , or a related scientific field. 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within health, pharma, or food ingredients. Proven experience in dietary supplements ingredients ; probiotics experience is strongly preferred. Solid understanding of Health & Dietary Supplements markets , products, and technologies. Demonstrated success in developing new businesses with end-to-end ownership of opportunities. Strong strategic selling, negotiation, and account management skills. Ability to translate customer pains into value-driven commercial and technical solutions . Highly analytical, organized, results-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) and strong proficiency in commercial IT tools (Salesforce, MS Office). How Would You Stand Out?
