The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Business Development Consultant to join our international team.

This is a primarily remote role for candidates based in or around Manchester, Birmingham, or Dublin, with occasional travel to one of our offices for meetings and team collaboration.

The initial focus of the role will be generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients worldwide. As your experience and success grow, you'll have the opportunity to transition into a full-cycle Executive Search Consultant role, managing executive-level search assignments from business development through to successful placement.
