This role is responsible for developing new business prospects and selling our variety of products to new clients. You will use your relationship, client management and negotiation skills to grow our client base by approaching new clients by telephone and email, planning and preparing presentations and communicating our product offering. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to win new business. • Implement plans to maximise new business opportunities by developing sales campaigns to consistently achieve your revenue targets. • Complete Account Management activities as and when required including, but not limited to, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to upsell and upgrade, and support the renewal cycle. • Work with your colleagues in the company to ensure highest standards of delivery and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to increase company revenue. • Develop in-depth product, market and sector knowledge. • Deliver effective communications, which can be adjusted depending on the product and audience. • Update the CRM to ensure the CRM accurately reflects your sales activity through the buying stage to move Leads and Opportunities to Closed Won or Closed Lost status. • Ensure your clients have signed contract and orders are processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. • Attend client meetings and communicate new product developments, obtaining client feedback.
