About Syntheva Robotics
Syntheva Robotics is an early-stage humanoid robotics company. We are currently raising our Seed round to move into the next stage of development and scale production, with a goal of producing our first 1,000 units.
We’re a small team at an exciting stage, and we’re looking for someone to join us on the business development side and work closely with the founders on fundraising, grants and strategic partnerships.
We already have a fully-functioning production-ready prototype which you can see in live demo action on our website.
What you’ll work on
Our immediate priority is fundraising. We already have an active Seed round and ongoing investor conversations, and we’re looking for someone who can help us expand and structure these efforts.
You’ll:
There will be room to explore opportunities, suggest ideas and shape the role around what creates the most value.
Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone with a strong business development background who is comfortable reaching out to people, building relationships and opening doors.
Ideally, you:
A note on compensation
We want to be transparent about where we are as a company. We are currently at the seed fundraising stage, and this role does not come with a salary before the round is closed. At this stage, we’re looking at an equity-based arrangement and are open to discussing different partnership structures depending on the person and level of involvement.
Once the seed round is successfully closed, we expect this role to transition into a salaried position, with compensation to be discussed and agreed together.
We understand that this setup won’t work for everyone - and that’s completely okay. We’d rather be clear about it from the beginning and speak with people who are genuinely interested in joining at this stage and helping us build the company.
How we work
The role is fully remote and full-time.
We’re a small team, communication is direct and informal, and we care much more about someone being proactive, reliable and good to work with than about having the perfect CV.
If humanoid robotics sounds like a space you’d genuinely like to help build - and fundraising, partnerships and opening new doors are things you’re good at - we’d be happy to talk.
