Through our flagship prop trading firm, WeMasterTrade, we offer funded trading accounts and proprietary trading programs designed to help traders access capital and grow their trading careers.

As we expand our operations in the Turkey market, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth and build strong business relationships while focusing on the German market.

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive based in Turkey to drive client acquisition, business development, and partnership opportunities in the German market.

The role will focus on promoting our prop trading programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services, while building strong relationships with traders, affiliates, IBs, and potential business partners targeting the German market.

Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, Crypto, or Financial Services is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting the German market.
• Identify, engage, and convert potential clients into active traders and business partners.
• Promote funded trader programs, copy trading solutions, and forex brokerage services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, affiliates, IBs, and strategic partners in the German market.
• Communicate effectively with clients in English and German.
• Educate clients about company products, trading platforms, programs, and business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and support the client onboarding process.
• Identify new business opportunities within the German trading and financial community.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and potential partnership opportunities in Germany.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and operations teams to support market expansion.
• Maintain regular communication with existing clients and partners to develop long-term relationships.
• Work towards defined business development, lead generation, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Fluent German is a plus.
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Client Acquisition, or a similar role.
• Experience in Forex, CFD, Prop Trading, Crypto, or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the German market and business environment.
• Existing connections within trading, investment, affiliate, or financial communities are a plus.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong interest in fintech, trading, and financial markets.

Working Days: 5 days per week
