What you will do: Support the strategy team in analyzing marketplace performance and identifying growth opportunities Help coordinate between our marketing and marketplace teams to ensure campaigns align with pricing and promotions Assist in testing new marketplace initiatives and sharing feedback with the team Monitor inventory constantly across all platforms Review pricing offers to ensure accuracy and competitive positioning Upload prices to each marketplace platform Download and analyze weekly sales results and P&L data Fill out marketplace tracking reports Create weekly presentations of marketplace performance Update unit economics monthly What we are looking for: Recent graduate (any major welcome) Strong attention to detail Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data Curious and willing to ask questions Good communication skills Spanish and English fluent What we offer: Food vouchers Hybrid home office policy (60-40) Pet-friendly office A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA Become an Emmie Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
