We're looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to help expand our client network and generate new business opportunities. Responsibilities Research target companies in AI, Robotics, SaaS, Semiconductor, Healthcare, and Technology Build prospect lists and identify hiring managers, HR leaders, and decision-makers Conduct outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and cold calling Generate qualified sales opportunities for the recruiting team Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates Schedule discovery meetings for senior business development managers Support proposal preparation and client follow-ups Monitor hiring trends and identify companies actively recruiting Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable talking with professionals and building relationships Strong research and organizational skills Self-driven with a positive attitude Interested in recruiting, sales, startups, or business development Preferred Previous sales, recruiting, marketing, or customer service experience Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator Experience using AI productivity tools What You'll Learn B2B sales Staffing industry Lead generation CRM management Client development Cold outreach strategies AI-assisted business development Startup sales process Benefits Real-world B2B sales experience Training in modern recruiting and AI tools Flexible remote work environment Mentorship from experienced business leaders Opportunity to transition into a full-time Business Development role
