Business Development Manager

• Location: Remote working for candidates based outside the Northwest with occasional travel to our offices in Manchester.

What you'll do:

• Strategic sales: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and secure new opportunities
• Client engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Revenue growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through effective pipeline management and conversion of leads.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and employer/student satisfaction.

You're perfect if you have:

• A minimum of three years of experience in business development, preferably within the apprenticeship or education sector
• The ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans which lead to new business opportunities as well as existing client growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
