We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our client base, build strong relationships, and identify new business opportunities across the public and private sectors. What You'll Do Generate and win new business opportunities. Build relationships with senior decision-makers. Promote Reed Screening's screening and compliance solutions. Manage opportunities from initial contact through to contract win and onboarding. Attend networking events, client meetings and industry events to build your network and generate leads. Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent client experience. What We're Looking For Experience in business development, sales or account management. A proven track record of winning new business. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A proactive, target-driven approach. Experience within recruitment, screening, compliance or outsourcing is beneficial, but not essential. Why Join Reed Screening?
