Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will lead the design and execution of local growth strategies, including geo-expansion, vertical launches, and unit economics optimization. The ideal candidate will drive go-to-market initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact. This role also requires strong analytical skills to ensure operational excellence and solve complex challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mobility and delivery space. Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted go-to-market strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, ops, data) to launch and scale initiatives. Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports using SQL and Tableau. Take full ownership of projects, driving execution with speed and efficiency. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in the mobility, delivery, or logistics industry. Strong decision-making skills based on data insights and real-world impact. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau — you must be comfortable working with data to drive strategy. Clear understanding of ownership culture — we need doers, not just planners. High level of personal productivity and self-management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
