✨ 자격 요건

• 한국어와 중국어 능통, 영어 업무 커뮤니케이션 및 문서 이해 가능

• 우수한 커뮤니케이션, 실행력 및 고객 관리 능력

• CRO, CDMO, Biotech, Pharma 또는 전임상 연구 관련 경험 우대

📢 We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Korea | CRO/CDMO

BioMed Linkage is looking for a Korea-based Business Development Manager to support business development and client relationships in the Korean biotech and pharmaceutical market.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Korean biotech, pharma, research institutions, and business partners

• Identify client needs and project opportunities, and support early-stage discussions, quotations, contracts, and project follow-up

• Promote preclinical CRO services including pharmacology, DMPK / PK / PD, toxicology, safety assessment, and NHP studies

• Support projects involving small molecules, oligonucleotides, peptides, antibodies, ADCs, fusion proteins, and cell & gene therapies

• Develop business opportunities for drug discovery, process development, and manufacturing/CDMO services

• Support client meetings, business visits, conferences, exhibitions, and other commercial activities

✨ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in life sciences, pharmacy, biology, chemistry, medicine, or a related field

• Fluent Korean and Chinese, with good professional English communication and document-reading skills

• Strong communication, execution, coordination, and client relationship skills

• Experience in CRO, CDMO, biotech, pharma, or preclinical research is preferred

• Strong fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
