Manage opportunities through longer and more complex enterprise sales cycles. Maintain accurate records of activity, opportunities and pipeline progress. Work collaboratively with the wider Enterprise team and share useful market and client insight. Take ownership of individual targets and contribute to the team’s wider growth objectives. Experience, Skills and Qualifications Essential Proven success in telesales, business development or a comparable sales role. Confidence generating new opportunities through proactive outreach. A strong track record of working towards and achieving sales targets. Clear and effective communication skills, particularly when engaging senior stakeholders. The ability to research organisations and develop relevant, tailored approaches. Strong organisational skills and the patience to manage longer sales cycles. Desirable Experience selling apprenticeships, training or learning and development solutions. Experience working with large or enterprise-level organisations. An understanding of the apprenticeship levy and how organisations can use it to support workforce development. Experience managing sales involving multiple stakeholders and complex decision-making processes. The higher end of the salary range will be considered for candidates with considerable experience selling within the apprenticeship or training sector. Interpersonal Fit We are looking for someone who: Is warm, approachable and able to connect with a wide range of people. Is driven by success and motivated by clear goals. Demonstrates resilience, adaptability and persistence. Builds relationships authentically rather than relying on a scripted sales approach. Is curious and takes the time to understand each prospective client. Works collaboratively and contributes positively to the wider team.
