nWe are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in logistics, freight, and supply chain solutions for a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Netherlands. This is a pure new-business role — you will be focused on identifying, targeting, and winning new customers rather than managing an existing book of accounts

.The role is accountable for building a strong new business pipeline and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's European growth strategy, working closely with regional sales, account management, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth customer-facing approach

• esProactively identify and target new business opportunities across small, medium, and large customers in the Netherlan
• dsOwn the full new business sales cycle from prospecting through to clo
• seExecute the sales strategy as outlined by regional and global guidelin
• esSet and monitor your own sales targets and CRM complian
• ceCollaborate with Account Management and Vertical Leaders across Europe to ensure a smooth handover and customer-facing approach post-clo
• seSupport cross-selling activities with colleagues across the wider group's service lin
