Business Development Manager (Minimal Invasive Surgery Products)

Role Description

• This full-time, remote Senior Business Development role focuses on driving growth for minimal invasive surgery (MIS) products and solutions.
• The position involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare institutions, distributors, and key decision-makers, and managing the sales pipeline for MIS products.
• The Senior Business Development professional will conduct market and competitor analysis, develop go-to-market strategies, and prepare proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating product demonstrations, collaborating with clinical and marketing teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• The role also requires regular reporting on performance metrics, revenue forecasts, and strategic insights to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to assess opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes in minimal invasive surgery markets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills and Customer Service abilities to engage stakeholders, present solutions clearly, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation experience and business development skills to build pipelines, close deals, and expand market presence.
• Familiarity with minimal invasive surgery products, medical devices, or healthcare solutions, and experience working with hospitals or clinical stakeholders is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in healthcare or medical device sales are a plus.
• Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making to manage accounts and track performance.
