Business Development Manager – Patents & Trademarks

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth for our Intellectual Property services, with a focus on patents and trademarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for patent and trademark services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, startups, law firms, and IP agents.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
• Advise clients on IP protection strategies and filing procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and international IP associates for smooth execution.
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipelines, and submit timely MIS reports.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in Intellectual Property or professional services.
• Strong understanding of patent and trademark processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
