About the job We are growing and expanding our team with a relationship-oriented and strategically minded Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive the development of our fluid handling and heat exchanger business within the pharmaceutical industry. Examples of our products are pumps, valves, mixers, and heat exchangers - products where quality and performance are critical to our customers’ success. In this role, you will focus on understanding customers’ needs and challenges, providing optimized solutions, and collaborating with customers and key influencers on specification work. Building strong networks and relationships - both internally and externally - is central to the position. You will work closely with pharmaceutical companies, system builders, and distributors within the pharmaceutical industry. Your main tasks will include but are not restricted to: Provide support to our sales team throughout the sales process. Coordinate projects execution across sales regions. Deliver optimized solutions to customers by leveraging strong application expertise Contribute to the development and implementation of long-term business strategies. Participate in joint customer visits and conduct seminars for new and existing customers. This position is at our Kolding office in Denmark but for the right person we are open for placements also in the northern parts of Europe like Sweden, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, UK and Ireland, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 90 days per year, both domestic, regional and international. You might be away for one to two weeks at a time, but you have a lot of flexibility to plan these trips yourself in dialogue with your stakeholders.
