Your responsibilities Reporting to the BD & Marketing Director, you play a key role in the growth of our Life Sciences business: Business Development Identify and develop new opportunities in the Life Sciences sector Build and maintain a client network (pharmaceutical companies, biotech, medtech, etc.) Contribute to defining the commercial strategy within your scope Tender Management Lead responses to tenders (RFQ/RFI) end-to-end Coordinate internal teams (operations, engineering, QHSE, finance, etc.) Develop competitive and innovative proposals (pricing, solution design, etc.) Draft and structure presentation materials Present and defend proposals to clients in both French and English Client Relationship & Negotiation Lead commercial negotiations Ensure handover to operational teams after contract signature Contribute to client retention and account development Location: La Plaine Saint-Denis (93) – Remote work 3 days per week Your profile Education & Experience Master’s degree (business school, engineering, or equivalent) Significant experience (5–10 years) in business development in logistics or supply chain Experience in the Life Sciences / Healthcare sector is essential Key skills Strong command of complex tenders (multi-site, multi-service) Solid understanding of regulatory requirements (GDP, quality, traceability, etc.) Results-driven with strong negotiation skills Excellent cross-functional coordination abilities Soft skills Leadership and influence Analytical and structured mindset Customer-focused, solution-oriented approach Ability to work in a demanding, regulated environment Languages Fluency in both English and French is required The DHL Code of Conduct, established in 2006, sets out clear ethical rules and applies to all activities and employees of the Group.
