Our automotive detailing division serves clients throughout the United Kingdom, while our specialist aircraft detailing division supports operators, airports, FBOs, airlines, charter companies, aircraft owners, and business aviation clients across Europe and Africa.
As our aviation business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Aviation Business Development & Operations Manager who can open doors, build strategic relationships, convert opportunities into long-term contracts, and ensure our operations continue to deliver exceptional service.

What You'll Be Doing
Aviation Business Development
Identify and secure new aircraft detailing contracts across Europe and Africa.
Build strong relationships with airports, FBOs, airlines, charter operators, MROs, aircraft owners, corporate flight departments, and aviation stakeholders.
Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry engagement.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations.
Negotiate commercial agreements and convert opportunities into long-term business.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM.
Automotive Business Development
Generate new business opportunities for our UK automotive detailing division.
Build relationships with dealerships, fleet operators, corporate organisations, and commercial clients.
Develop repeat business and identify upselling opportunities.
Operations Management
Coordinate technician schedules and daily operational activities.
Optimise service routes using Logistia.
Monitor fleet readiness, inventory levels, van refills, and equipment availability.
Ensure technicians receive accurate job information before deployment.
Respond quickly to operational changes to maintain service excellence.
Customer Success
Maintain excellent client relationships.
Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with HR and senior management.
Review sales calls and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting & Performance
Maintain CRM records and lead trackers.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly operational and commercial reports.
Monitor KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Support management with performance analysis and strategic planning.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
Essential Experience
Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Operations, or Account Management.
Strong experience generating and converting B2B leads.
Experience using CRM systems (Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace skills.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly Desirable
Experience working with any of the following:
