Key Responsibilities

• Go-To-Market Execution: Identify, target, and convert prospective B2B clients (HR leaders, COOs, Operations Managers).
• Partnership Ecosystems: Build strategic channel partnerships with HR SaaS providers, HR consulting practices, and enterprise brokers.
• Pipeline Management: Pitch, demo, negotiate, and close enterprise & mid-market software deals.
• Product Alignment: Relay market intelligence and client feedback back to the product team to optimize our roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships (preferably within HR Tech, SaaS, or Workforce Management).
• Proven track record of pipeline creation and closing recurring revenue deals.
• Strong network across HR, People Ops, or C-suite executives.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
