About the Job The Business Development Representative is a key part of our growth team, responsible for generating and qualifying leads that fuel our sales pipeline. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, self-motivated, and excited to dive into all aspects of pipeline creation, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead management. Responsibilities Drive outbound pipeline generation by identifying high-potential prospects, crafting personalized outreach, and securing qualified meetings for the sales team. Qualify and nurture inbound leads to assess fit and readiness, routing high-quality leads to the Account Executives. Research prospective accounts and key decision-makers to identify opportunities and craft tailored outreach strategies. Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives to drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless go-to-market approach and improve lead conversion rates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, leveraging tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting. Consistently meet or exceed activity and meeting metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Additional responsibilities as assigned What We're Looking For Familiarity with modern sales tools, including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, and understanding customer needs. Curious, coachable, and motivated to build a successful career in sales. Exceptional organizational and time management skills to prioritize and handle multiple tasks effectively. Location: Austin, TX regional area or surrounding areas are preferred for occasional in-person strategy and alignment sessions.
