The Role:

This is a true outbound BDR role with real ownership and impact.

• Targeting high-value accounts across the DACH region
• Researching companies and mapping key stakeholders
• Running intelligent, personalised outreach (not spray and pray)
• Engaging both operational and senior decision-makers
• Building pipeline that converts into real revenue

You’ll be working closely with experienced Account Executives and learning how complex deals are built.

What I'm looking for:

• 1+ year in B2B sales (SDR/BDR/AE)
• Fluent German + strong English
• Comfortable with outbound and building pipeline
• Ambitious and motivated by progression + earnings
• Strong communicator who can adapt to different stakeholders
