This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound client requests and plays a critical role in sales support, client service, CRM management, and reporting. Location (Remote/Hybrid/On-site): Hybrid role with a preference for candidates located within reasonable commuting distance of the Saugerties, NY office . Remote work available with periodic in‑office collaboration. Travel & Schedule Requirements: Ability to attend client events and on‑site meetings, including occasional evenings Willingness to travel for industry conferences and client engagements (approximately 30%) Key Responsibilities: Provide first-tier inbound client support via email and phone Support Account Managers with sales, reporting, and client activities Track leads, client interactions, and usage in HubSpot CRM Day-to-Day Duties: Respond to and triage client inquiries and access requests Prepare weekly activity reports Assist with on-site events and follow-up(as needed) Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: 3+ years in customer service, sales support, business development, or account management (professional services or law firm experience a plus) Technical Skills: HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub a bonus) MS365 (Excel, Word, Teams, Copilot) Asana Canva Soft Skills: Strong communication and customer service Sales aptitude and persuasion Problem-solving and organization Core Responsibilities: Update and maintain CRM records with new contacts; track usage, case volume, and engagement activity; complete follow‑ups and nurture contacts; qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Provide first‑level support for both internal Operations (OPS) teams and external clients/prospects by asking discovery and triage questions to understand needs, priorities, and pain points. Grant system access, process internal OPS requests, and assist clients with basic access or platform issues. Schedule meetings and product demos; deliver demos and provide first‑level product assistance when appropriate. Execute inbound and outbound outreach using HubSpot across calls, emails, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn). Research target companies, identify decision‑makers and influencers, and qualify fit and readiness. Collaborate closely with Marketing on events and campaigns by capturing leads, updating CRM records, maintaining documentation, and supporting event travel and attendance. Maintain outreach templates, call scripts, FAQs, and sales enablement materials in collaboration withBDand Marketing. Track activity, conversion, and performance metrics; deliver accurate weekly and monthly reports to leadership. Operational & Strategic Support: Contribute feedback to BD and Leadership on outreach messaging effectiveness, common objections, and emerging market or prospect trends. Support pipeline accuracy and forecasting by ensuring lead stages, notes, tasks, and follow‑ups are current and complete in the CRM. Uphold SLAs for response time, lead follow‑up, and internal handoffs. Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training to remain knowledgeable and effective. Ensure consistent adherence to internal processes, documentation standards, and compliance requirements. A typical day would include: Managing and responding to the Business Development inbox. Reviewing incoming client or prospect issues and performing initial research and triage. Maintaining tasks, reminders, and timely follow‑ups in the CRM. Answering inbound BD calls and making outbound prospect and client calls. Scheduling and conducting demos and introductory meetings. Attending industry or company events as needed in a support role. Routing qualified opportunities, tasks, and insights to Account Managers or the Client Relations Director. Reviewing dashboards and preparing weekly and monthly activity and performance reports.
