Do you love the thrill of a great cold call? A fast-growing US company bringing new tech to the construction and civil engineering industry is looking for resilient SDRs to open doors and book meetings for our Account Executives. You won't sell the product on the phone, you'll sell the meeting.

🎯 The role

You'll call owners, estimators, and managers at US contractors, busy, down-to-earth, blue-collar folks. Open with a sharp hook, qualify fit, and book qualified meetings. Run a disciplined cadence across calls, email, and LinkedIn, and keep HubSpot clean.

✅ What you bring

• An easygoing communication style, you connect, you don't try to impress
• Rock-solid rejection handling
• Persistence and real follow-up discipline
• 1+ years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS or construction
• CRM comfort (HubSpot or Salesforce a plus)
• Professional English with a clear, neutral accent (C2)
• Based in LATAM, able to work US hours
