Business Development Representative (Hospitality)

Business Development is the beginning of an exciting career journey and plays a key role in Infor's continued growth. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you'll help hospitality organizations discover solutions that transform their business while building valuable skills in sales, technology, and relationship management. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you'll generate new business opportunities across the hospitality industry and contribute directly to Infor's success. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Generate qualified pipeline through inbound and outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. Engage hospitality businesses through meaningful, value-driven conversations. Research target accounts and identify new business opportunities. Partner with Account Executives to convert opportunities into customer meetings. Utilize modern sales and AI-powered prospecting tools, including Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently achieve activity and opportunity targets. Share market insights and contribute ideas that drive continuous improvement. Experience in hospitality, including hotels, restaurants, events, or guest-facing environments. Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other CRM/prospecting tools. Exposure to SaaS, hospitality technology, or enterprise softwae.
