Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities

• Reach out to prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels

• Qualify leads and understand prospective client requirements

• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects

• Support meeting booking and wider sales activities

• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates

• Follow up with leads and manage ongoing prospect communication

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business growth

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Confident and professional when speaking with prospective clients

• Interest in Business Development, Sales or Account Management

• Good organisation, follow-up and time-management skills

• Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, recruitment or lead generation is beneficial but not essential
