Business Development Representative, Senior (French Speaking)

In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Industry experts to engage senior decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and build a high-quality pipeline for our sales teams. You'll also have the opportunity to share best practices, mentor peers, and leverage modern sales and AI-powered tools to maximize your impact. What You'll Do Identify and engage prospective customers through strategic outreach, networking, and social selling. Build meaningful relationships with decision-makers across Fashion and Distribution organizations. Qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs to create value-driven conversations. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to develop targeted growth strategies. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments to position Infor effectively. Share best practices and help elevate team performance through coaching and collaboration. What Makes You Successful Native French and fluent English communication skills. A proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships. Curiosity, resilience, and a proactive mindset. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience working with CRM systems and modern sales technologies. Enthusiasm for learning, embracing innovation, and leveraging AI tools to work smarter. Nice to Have Experience in Fashion, Retail, Wholesale, Supply Chain, or Distribution industries. Experience mentoring or supporting team members.
