Salary
RM 3,900 – RM 11,100 (Basic + Incentive)
Basic Salary: RM 2,300 – RM 3,700
Incentives: RM 1,600 – RM 7,400
If 100% targets are achieved, total take-home salary will be RM 3,900 – RM 11,100
Sat & Sun are compulsory working days (Off day any 1 Weekday - decide after training)

Job Responsibilities
• Make outbound sales calls to company-provided leads and convert them into enrolments.
• Promote and sell Wordsmith's Certification Programs to housewives, working professionals, students, tutors, and career switchers etc etc
• Perform upselling and cross-selling of Wordsmith's products and services to maximize revenue.
• Follow up with leads via calls and WhatsApp and maintain a high conversion rate.
• Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the telesales team to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Ensure the you and team follows Wordsmith's sales SOPs, CRM system, call scripts, and reporting process.
• Approach, onboard, and build relationships with vendors, partners, and corporate associates to generate new business opportunities.
• Visit vendors, partners, or clients whenever required for meetings, presentations, onboarding, or business development (visit if required)
• Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead quality, conversions, and customer experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and perform any other duties assigned by the management
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a BPO/Telesales team (Education industry preferred).
• Proven experience in achieving and leading high-volume telesales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business.
• Must own a good-quality laptop suitable for daily work.
• Must own a good Android or iPhone smartphone for business communication.
• Must have a minimum 300 Mbps high-speed broadband internet connection.
• Must have a UPS/Power Backup to ensure uninterrupted work during power outages.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet work-from-home room free from background noise and distractions.
• Must have a professional headset with microphone for customer calls.
• Self-disciplined, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to work on Saturdays and Sundays as per the company schedule.
