Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, travel, and office role based in London, United Kingdom, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and nurturing relationships with prospects and partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions, improve customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic expansion. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership.

• Excellent Communication abilities, with clear written and verbal skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.

• Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within logistics, trade, technology, or related sectors is beneficial.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
