Business Development Specialist (Franchise Development)

Remote (Based in Vietnam) | Full-time (40 hrs/week)

We're hiring on behalf of a US-based education franchise (K-12 Math, English, Test Prep, Private Tutoring) for a relationship-driven Business Development Specialist to work directly with the Founder & CEO and support franchise network growth.

This is not a traditional sales role - we're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and guiding qualified candidates through exploring business ownership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls with prospective franchise candidates
• Build relationships with leads, franchise brokers, and referral partners
• Qualify candidates based on financial, professional, and personal criteria
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings with the CEO
• Manage CRM records and provide weekly reports
• Support marketing initiatives: LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, content creation
• Assist with validation calls and Discovery Day preparation

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and communication skills
• Sales, business development, or franchise development experience preferred
• Marketing experience (LinkedIn, email, CRM, content creation) is a plus
• Fast learner, detail-oriented, self-motivated

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, must be available during US Pacific Time (PT) business hours
